Dr. Ryan Turner
Co-Founder, Chief Product and Vision Officer
Dr. Ryan Turner is a board-certified dermatologist and Assistant Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine with 15 years of clinical practice. He is the founder and owner of his private practice, Turner Dermatology, in New York City.
In addition to his interest in rejuvenating cosmetic treatments, he puts his past biochemistry and molecular biology degree to work delving into his passion for plant-based active compounds and their use in skincare. His diverse scientific background and clinical practice brought a continued desire to promote healthy living and healthy skin, leading to the creation and development of TRNR Skin.
Carrie Pickett
Co-Founder, CEO
Carrie Pickett is a financial services professional with over 20 years of experience building and supporting the growth of alternative asset managers. She has held critical operational and sales roles across multiple organizations identifying key investors and structuring deals that help small firms meet their full potential.
Her knowledge of growing businesses, providing strategic direction and financial planning for maximum efficiency paired with her love of skincare (she is a longtime patient of Dr. Turner’s) led her to her role within TRNR Skin.
Aimee Bailey
Co-Founder, COO and Creative Director
Aimee Bailey has over 15 years of design experience across a variety of industries and mediums, all driven by her passion for creating functional and aesthetically-pleasing experiences.
Her knowledge of commercial / residential and furniture design along with her experience with product design, packaging and creative direction, led her to be the creative force for all things TRNR Skin.
