Ms. Pickett spent twenty years in financial services. Most recently, as Co-Founder and President to Blueprint Capital Advisors LLC, an alternative fund platform which serviced institutional clients throughout the nation.

Ms. Pickett’s responsibilities included day to day management of the organization  across all functions. Prior to Blueprint, MS. Pickett was Managing Director at Ramius LLC where she focused on identifying, performing diligence on alternative managers and deal structuring. Ms. Pickett held various operational and business development roles across alternative managers specifically distressed corporate hedge funds throughout her financial services career.

Ms. Pickett received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in Economics with a minor in Industrial Engineering.

Dr. Ryan Turner is a board-certified dermatologist and Assistant Professor at Albert Einstein University with eleven years in clinical practice. He is founder and owner of his private practice in New York City. Dr.  Turner has prior scientific advisory board experience in the cannabidiol (CBD) space and his current interests include cosmetic treatments that enhance and rejuvenate the skin.

Dr. Turner graduated valedictorian and summa cum laude of the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with major scientific publications in protein structural biology. He graduated Harvard Medical School with honors and completed a prestigious one-year Howard Hughes Medical Student Research Fellowship. Dr. Turner remained at the Harvard teaching hospitals in Boston for his training in dermatology and subsequently completed an advanced fellowship in cutaneous oncology, cosmetics and laser surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital 
in New York. 

Ms. Bailey has over fifteen years of design experience utilizing various mediums. Ms. Bailey worked in varying capacities from assistant to world renown furniture makers Wendell Castle, to AutoCAD designer with Grayling Design - designers of Balthazar, The Greenwich Hotel and  Schillers. She was a designer and project manager for TC Millworks in Turks and Caicos, which contributed in the build and design of Gansevoort Hotel and multiple high-in client specific projects. Recently, she has worked with private clients in Miami, FL and Turks and Caicos as well as produced unique pieces sold in the Miami area. (input design website)

Aimee Bailey graduated from Brown University with honors in Visual Arts and International Relations. She received a Masters in Fine Arts in Woodworking and Furniture Design from Rochester Institute of Technology, School of American Crafts.
